Exchange Fees

Fee Holiday - Nodal Exchange and LCH.Clearnet will waive transaction and clearing registration fees on Henry Hub natural gas and PJM Western Hub Real Time settled power contracts through March 31, 2012.

Transaction fees are based upon cleared transactions.

Nodal Exchange Participant access fees are charged quarterly and may be waived based upon a Participant's trading activity or with special permission from Account Management.
